Police ID motorcyclist killed in northeast Portland crash
PORTLAND, Ore. - A man who was killed after losing control of his motorcycle in northeast Portland on Thursday has been identified as 42-year-old Curtis Rhodes of Portland.
The crash happened around 10:45 a.m. in the area of Northeast 148th and Glisan Street.
According to police, when they arrived on the scene they found Rhodes severely injured. He later died of his injuries at the hospital.
Investigators determined Rhodes was driving southbound on Northeast 148th when he crashed and that speed was a factor. No other vehicles were involved.
