Tillamook teen dies of H1N1 complications
TILLAMOOK, Ore. -- A 17-year-old boy from Tillamook has died from complications from the H1N1 virus.
Ronald Dahse died Monday morning at Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland. He was taken to the hospital on Friday.
The medical director at the Tillamook County Health Department says the boy had significant medical problems before getting sick.
KATU has been told that Dahse was well known and loved in the community. His death is the first H1N1-related death for Tillamook County.
