Advice for the pipes during cold weather

PORTLAND, Ore. - The below freezing temperatures have caused many Portland-area pipes to burst and firefighters said Tuesday the problems are just the beginning.

They said as the weather begins to warm, even more problems with leaking pipes and flooding will arise.
