Missing Portland man, 71, turns up in Eugene

PORTLAND, Ore. - A missing 71-year-old man has been found in good condition in Eugene - over 100 miles from where he was last seen.
    
Larry Todd Pantel suffers from a medical condition and was last seen in the 1800 block of Northeast 129th Place on Wednesday.

Late Thursday morning, he was located in Eugene. Police are trying to figure out how he got there.

Mr. Pantel was descibed as being uninjured. He was reunited with family members.
