SALEM, Ore. - Residents of a Salem neighborhood are outraged over the actions of patrons and a stripper at a nearby strip club.

Home video shows patrons urinating outside Presley's Playhouse Cabaret at 3903 Commercial St. SE. It also shows a stripper trying to lure rush-hour drivers into the club by pulling down her pants.

Neighbors said they are disgusted since the stripper was only given a warning by police.

"It should have been indecent exposure, and no one should have had to witness that," said neighbor Trish Less.

"I was in horror," said Julia Allison, the neighborhood association president. "I just couldn't believe this would go on in our neighborhood."

KATU News asked Salem police why the stripper was only given a warning. They said "mooning" is not a crime because it does not fit into the definition of indecent exposure.

The owner of the strip club refused to talk with KATU News about the complaints.
