FOREST GROVE, Ore. - Two boys, ages 11 and 12, have been linked to arsons at four homes under construction in Forest Grove.
The fires, which caused about $15,000 damage, occurred during the first week of August in Renaissance Homes' new Pacific Crossing development.
The boys will be charged with three counts of felony arson and one count of reckless burning, and the case will be forwarded to the Washington County Juvenile Department, Forest Grove police said. Authorities did not say how they linked the crimes to the boys.
Additional arrests are possible, police said.
