Portland mayoral race gets muddy early with WW story about Adams

Insinuations of an improper relationship with a minor appear to be one of the first shots taken in the race for Portland mayor, although neither person involved has even officially announced their candidacy.

The target of the suggestions is City Commissioner Sam Adams and the accuser is Portland Developer Bob Ball.
