Arrest made at local Walmart

PORTLAND, Ore. - A 33-year-old man ended up behind bars after police say he created a disturbance at a Walmart store Thursday night.
Justin Alexander Kerston of Southwest Portland is facing charges of second-degree criminal trespass, interfering with a police officer and second-degree disorderly conduct.
According to police, officers were monitoring an Occupy Portland protest at the Walmart at Southeast 82nd Avenue and Holgate Boulevard when the incident happened.
Kerston reportedly created a disturbance inside the store and refused to leave when Walmart employees asked him to. Police say he yelled and screamed at the employees, and also at police officers.
Kerston was booked into the Multnomah County Jail following his arrest.
Hmm...
Used to like Portland when I moved here 18 years ago. Not so sure now. Seems there are more selfish, intolerant, bigoted people here than I thought. A few good ones as well, but ...
33? Â He looks more like 50!
he's lucky some granny didn't run over him with a shopping cart
I'm much older than him, but his picture makes me look 25... I feel awsome, thanks.

That's your contribution to society, Justin? Being a d-bag at a department store? Was it the lack of hugs, as a kid? Congratulations, you're a turd.
 @Sean D Oh! So you know this guy personally?
Just another reason to not shop at Wal Mart.
City of "tolerant" hate-mongers
Wow. Â At first I thought it said a 3 year-old man instead of 33. Â Goes to show you that first impressions are usually dead on. Â ;)
Â
The last thing we need during the holiday season is more occupy protests that accomplish nothing and have no meaning. They already get too much attention from the press and distract from the good people and the good deeds that occur during Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons. The beauty of this time of year has always been the kindnesses extended toward others and the hope that people are still basically good inside. They should let this guy out of jail after the first of the year.
 @DeaconBugg just one question, why do the good things you mention have to limited to the 'holiday season' Many live in fear and poverty ALL year. But we wouldn't want them to interfere with the good time we are having,eating more that we need, acquiring things we don't need, and ignoring those who do. Very "Christlike" of you. Glad us pagans stuck to the Solstice.
Ho ho ho. Merry Christams. Tis the season to be jolly.
"Black Friday", sounds kinda racist if ya ask me!
Â
@swimbad Nope... it is a fact that the most violence is caused by black,  friday shoppers.
 @swimbad ~  It always reminds me of the stock market crash in 1929... but that was "Black Tuesday"...  Â
 @swimbad Oh please! In case you do not know it has nothing to do with race but accounting. It is typically the day that would take most stores from the "red" (losing money) into the "black" making money for the year. Don't make it something it is not. There is enough perpetuation of "race" problems without adding Black Friday to the list.
 @Willow  @swimbad Thanks, captian obvious
 @Willow  @swimbad What would we do without you, girl!?!  Stay tuned folks, I, like ms. willow,  will be explaining the true meaning of Kwanzaa next month (in case y'all haven't heard of Wikipedia yet) ...
Oh I wondered how long it would take for Occupy to appear on the scene.. Â Â Next photos we'll see will be a Walmart parking lot covered with tents and tarps..! Â Â Â But at least parking lots are easier to hose off than the city parks..! Â :-)
What exactly were they protesting this time? People who are actually employed, maybe he wanted the employees to buy everyone he knows Christmas gifts and had a tantrum when they told him to get a job and support himself.Â
Â
Someone should have stayed to shop on Black Friday, instead of acting out! The Occupy Movement is really becoming a bowel movement! Enjoy your jail stay!
@jpk You're he11 with an analogy.......
Never go shopping when you're having halucinations that you're stronger than a policeman . . . or that you're better than anyone else.
Well, who woulda guessed.. an 'occupier'. Surprised?
33? He looks 43 at least.
 @randomdude Hate and an entitlement attitude does cause one to age quickly.
