This POS should get deported in trade for a hard worker from another country that embodies the true American spirit.
What a dumbass. Nothing quite like staying close to your home area to get caught. Somehow I'm doubting this guy even has a real home. He's probably enjoying having a couple free meals a day and a bed to sleep on.
"Nicholas Alan Davis, 28, was wanted in connection with six armed robberies between December 23 and December 29." Wonder why he took off the 27th and 28th. Is it because this tough economy has forced him to work a second job and he was on duty those days?
Two robberies on the same day. Was he ever arrested at all? If so, why was this worthless POS on the streets?
@Bdou About a year ago my son worked at the 7 11 on 112th and Division st. He was robbed at gun point, the guy walked across the street and robbed the gas station and still got away. They did catch him after about 5 more robberies, and he had a trial last month that my son had to testify at. He had prior convictions also.
Any bets the tough talking feds will do nothing about his use of a firearm in these robberies. Under 18 U.S.C. § 924 (c) it is a federal crime to use a firearm in the robbery of a business.
 @RalphCramden What Federal charges?  He was arrested in Oregon, under Oregon armed robbery charges involving non-federal properties.  Won't face any federal charges.
 @RalphCramdenÂ
Â
Because if they did, he would need to do his 10 years for each conviction in a federal prison.
Â
They don't want to pay to imprison him anymore then Oregon does. But SOMEONE has to imprison him.
Â
At least you HOPE someone does.
Â
 @RepomanÂ
The issue here is that the feds are talking tough but doing nothing except trying to punish law abiding citizens.
@RalphCramden Monty Python's "Bishop on the Landing" sketch, wherein a dead body is found and the perp arrested. The perp says, "It wasn't me! Society made me do it!" The cop replies. "Right! We'll be arresting them, too!"
Â
I used to think that was just a joke. Now I understand that the best humor has a ring of truth to it.
Nice going, skel. Now you'll get about 7.5 years to detox..
Apparently he didn't make much money on these robberies. I would have bought myself a razor and a hair cut.
They should be using the inmates to generate electricity. Put them all on stationary bikes to ride and replenish the power they use while incarcerated. Feed them based on their output. No workee, no eatee.
 @Mikey ~  Haven't heard that one before, but what a great idea..!   Then the tax-payers wouldn't have to buy gym equipment for them or TVs / cable, etc..!   Plus, the inmates would get regular exercise, so they'd be healthier (fewer medical costs)..!   :-)
looks like a doper
