PORTLAND, Ore. – A semi truck crashed into a streetcar in Southeast Portland Tuesday afternoon.

No one was hurt in the wreck.

Southbound Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard was closed at Southeast Market Street while police investigated. The street reopened after 5 p.m.

Dan Anderson with the Portland Bureau of Transportation told KATU the truck driver was turning onto MLK from Market when he hit the moving streetcar. It's unclear how many people were on board.

The ramp from the Hawthorne Bridge to MLK was also closed after the crash. Buses were dispatched to get riders around the area, Anderson said.
