PORTLAND, Ore. - If you think a Mother's Day bike ride would be right up mom's alley, then you're in luck.
Sunday Parkways - where the city shuts down a few roads so bicyclists and pedestrians can have a car-free day - kicks off this weekend in East Portland. It's the first one of the year and there will be rides along the Springwater Trail and Lents, Glenwood and Ed Benedict parks.
