BATTLE GROUND, Wash. - The actress playing the role of Haley James Scott on "One Tree Hill" has opened an organic, locally-sourced restaurant in the Clark County city of Battle Ground.
Bethany Joy Galeotti will be there to launch Galeotti's grand opening July 24 and 25. Galeotti's is in the former Irby's Fine Dining space in this area's growing downtown core.
According to The (Vancouver, Wash.) Columbian, a KATU news partner, the CW Television Network star is teaming with her husband Michael Galeotti — a member of the Enation band with "One Tree Hill" gueststar Jonathan Jackson — and his parents to open the namesake eatery. Bethany Joy Galeotti lives in Battle Ground when not filming the "One Tree Hill" show in North Carolina.
"It's been really good for us as a family," said Bethany Joy Galeotti in The Columbian's report. "We love good food and wine, and we love people. We couldn't think of a better way to reach out and touch the community."
