Drone surveillance: It's not just the government that can use it

There’s been a lot of talk about the government using drones for surveillance, but it might not just be Big Brother you have to worry about.

University of Washington Professor Ryan Calo told KATU that under certain conditions, ANYONE with a drone and camera can legally spy on you – even in your own back yard.

“Privacy law is not adequate,” Calo said. “It is slow to change and drone technology is changing quickly.”
