Barbra Streisand to sing at the Oscars

NEW YORK (AP) - Barbra Streisand will perform at the Oscars next month, the first time she's performed during an Academy Awards broadcast in 36 years.
Streisand won the Academy Award for best original song for "Evergreen" in 1977. She also sang the theme from "A Star Is Born" that night.
She won the Oscar for best actress for 1968's "Funny Girl."
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences also announced Wednesday that British singer Adele will perform at the Oscars. She and producer Paul Epworth are nominated for best original song for the James Bond theme song, "Skyfall."
The 85th Academy Awards air live Feb. 24 on ABC from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

What a bunch of old farts!! Don't you people ever do anything but complain about virtually everything. I really don't care if you watch or not, or if you like her or not. Not every story needs a negative comment. Holy Moses!!
Nothing better than an old has been liberal hypocrite to entertain the narcissistic liberal hypocrite egotists from Hollywood. I certainly hope that they don't throw their shoulders out of joint patting themselves on the back. I haven't seen anything good come from Hollywood for a long, long time!

I won't be watching!
Now I have another reason to not watch the Oscars. Since I don't have a TV I wouldn't be watching anyhow but somehow watching an ivory tower liberal would make it even worse to watch the self congratulatory, narcissistic and promotion of selfish people patting themselves on the back even more boring.
