Hulk Hogan settles sex tape lawsuit
CLEARWATER, Fla. (AP) - Former pro wrestler Hulk Hogan has settled a lawsuit with a disc jockey over a sex tape involving Hogan and the DJ's wife.
A statement by Hogan's publicist Monday says the terms of the settlement are confidential.
Hogan said in a lawsuit earlier this month that he had consensual sex with his best friend's wife, Heather Clem, six years ago in the Clems' home, but he didn't know he was being videotaped.
The disc jockey, Bubba the Love Sponge Clem, apologized to Hogan on Monday. Clem also said that he's convinced Hogan was unaware he was being filmed.
A lawsuit is still pending against the gossip website Gawker, which put excerpts of the video on its site.

Interesting. I've been listening to the interviews on Howard100 and I'm quite surprised to hear that Bubba apologized after all the ranting and trashing he's been doing. Haven't listened to today's show yet, but I'm curious to hear of Robin was correct in her assessment that this is all just a bunch of wrestling-style male drama BS. Sure is seeming that way....

Is ashamed of a sex tape? Too bad you cannot be sued for being a wife stealing best friend.
 @wvboy Actually if it were in Oregon, if the wife gets divorced, the former husband can sue the "Bulk" for alienation of affection.  Basically fooling around with someone wife.
Only thought the military was intersted in dealing with adultery.
