I wouldn't be a bit surprised if he was soliciting college guys for sex and when spurned decided to turn them in to make their lives miserable. Why else would he be hanging around a university bathroom?
PSU bills itself as a progressive, urban university, yet it has no problem with exhibiting Enron-like corporate arrogance. Claiming that the payout is part of a student's private record is laughable. It makes me wonder if Jeff Skilling is a Viking.

I think this guy needs to pay for the settlement himself. This sounds like if this guy don't like you, you better watch out or he'll make up a story and smear you're name. I do like how he used"Get off my property or I'll shoot you for trespassing". Or how he kept saying" This is wittnessing tampering" What a Loser!!!!!!

You can see by his actions that he's a big fat bully with a big fat who is used to intimidating his way through situations. He's just going to keep victimizing people till someone does something to make him stop...and he'll be lucky if he doesn't victimize the wrong person who retaliates by doing something of a permanent nature.
