Woman changes story: Says man didn't rape her

STAYTON, Ore. - A 19-year-old woman who said a man raped her recanted her statement Tuesday.
 
Stayton police had arrested 31-year-old Douglas Gillis on Sept.1 for allegedly kidnapping and raping the woman.
    
They said Gillis took the victim against her will to a secluded location and then forced her to have sex with him.

After the woman recanted her statement, the case was dismissed against Gillis.
