MOUNT HOOD, Ore. - The snowpack on Mount Hood is higher than the average, according to an official snow survey measurement done on Thursday.

Here's a look at the numbers, courtesy of John Lea, Snow Survey Supervisor for the United States Department of Agriculture:

The snow measured 91 inches deep and that included 30 inches of water.

The total is 104 percent of the average.

Last year we were at 84 percent of the average at the same location.

Statewide, we are at 126 percent of average.
