CORVALLIS, Ore.- More than 100 students have been quarantined at Oregon State University in the midst of a norovirus outbreak.

Health officials have confirmed 10 cases at the Delta Gamma sorority and suspect another five at the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Now all members, which is more than 100, are being forced to stay indoors for at least a week.

"Every time somebody gets sick they just look completely green," said Ryan Houghton of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. "The Benton County Health Department actually called our president and told him not to let us go to class. We actually had one of our members get sent home from class."

Norovirus is extremely contagious and can spread by air. Symptoms include nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
