Audio from a 911 call from Stephen Kershaw was released by Oregon State police. Kershaw and four other people were hurt in the collision which took place while he was on the phone. The audio has been edited to cut out a long silent sequence where Mr. Kershaw was on hold. WARNING: Graphic audio content. Discretion is advised.
