Police: Suspect in car prowl incident dies
By KATU Web StaffPORTLAND, Ore. - Police said a man caught going through a car in a Jantzen Beach-area parking lot died Tuesday morning. When officers arrived at the scene, they found the 35-year-old suspect lying next to a car and performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation on him for about 20 minutes. Despite those efforts, the man was later pronounced dead at an area hospital, police said.
