Three people flee from SUV crash in NE Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. - Police are looking for three people who fled from an SUV after it crashed into a tree in northeast Portland Wednesday morning.
Police said the SUV was speeding when it left the road and hit a tree near Northeast 13th Avenue. After the crash, three people fled the vehicle. No descriptions of the suspects have been released. Police did not say if the vehicle was stolen but they did report that bullets were found inside the wreckage. An investigation is continuing. No other vehicles were involved and no injuries were reported. The SUV was severely damaged. |
