Mother killed, son injured in Hillsboro crash

HILLSBORO, Ore. - A crash in Hillsboro killed a woman and left three others injured.

Police believe a pickup ran a red light at Southwest 206th and Baseline and struck a convertible driven by 47-year-old Laura Paprocki of Aloha.

Paprocki was killed in the crash and her 19-year-old son was injured.  The driver of the pickup was critically injured and his 8-year-old nephew suffered minor injuries.

The District Attorney will determine whether criminal charges should be filed against the driver of the pickup.
