Sheriff seizes meth, counterfeit money and guns; arrests five
By KVAL Web StaffALBANY, Ore. -- Detectives arrested five people and seized approximately 3 ounces of methamphetamine, $1,400 dollars in cash, packaging material, scales, weapons and $500 of counterfeit currency while executing a search warrant Tuesday night.
The warrant was the result of an on going investigation and additional arrests are pending. All five suspects were lodged in the Linn County Jail.
Dale Lee Brewer, 51, was arrested on charges of delivery and possession of methamphetamine
Frank Gardner, 60, was arrested on charges of frequenting a place where controlled substances are used,
Shawna Marie Robles-Petersen, 22, was arrested on Linn County warrants for failure to perform compensatory service, contempt of court and probation violations.
William Michael Wood, 48, was arrested on Linn County warrants for a probation violation and contempt of court. He is also being held on a Jefferson Municipal Court Warrant for failure to appear. The Linn County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Linn Drug Task comprised of officers from Linn County Sheriff's Office, Albany, Lebanon and Sweet Home Police Departments.
