PORTLAND, Ore. - Local Fred Meyer stores have joined the list of grocery stores pulling ground beef from the shelves.

The recall involves family packs of beef that may have come in contact with contaminated meat from Nebraska beef.

The recalled meat is in Fred Meyer family packs with 20 percent fat. The sell-by dates are between June 6 and Aug. 11.

You can either throw away the meat or take it back for a refund.
