The child apparently fell from the second story window of this home and hit a truck parked in the driveway before landing on the pavement.

UNDATED - A 5-year-old boy is in serious condition after falling from a window on Monday.

Fabian Rayna is the ninth child to fall from a window in the Portland metro area this summer.

Family members said Rayna was bleeding from his head after falling from their second story window.

He reportedly hit a truck before landing on pavement.

His uncle told KATU News that Rayna had to have surgery Monday night.
