OREGON CITY, Ore. (AP) _ A judge sentenced two Oregon City men to 90 days in jail for racially harassing and threatening to shoot a man.

Dustin Morgan and Brent Cochran were convicted of intimidation last week.

Investigators said Morgan and Cochran confronted the victim as he left a bar. They used racial epithets, claimed to be armed and said they intended to shoot him.

They later drove near his apartment, playing loud music with lyrics that glorified racial violence. The victim is originally from Jamaica. He attended Tuesday's hearing, but didn't speak.
