CEDAR HILLS, Ore. - Police are asking the public for assistance in catching a serial burglar who has been breaking into homes in the Cedar Hills area, sometime during daylight hours.

 

Investigators say the suspect has been taking video games, DVDs and jewelry.

Those types of items that can be sold quickly for cash and are hard to trace.
