TILLAMOOK BAY, Ore. - Newly released video paints a grim picture of what happened when a crab boat with three men on board capsized near the north jetty at Tillamook Bay last week.

The 42-foot boat from Garibaldi, which was named 'Network,' broke up on the jetty Friday morning - a scene that was captured on camera by Sherry Newman, a Coast Guard Citizen's Action Network volunteer.

Two of the men who were on board the crab boat remain missing.  They have been identified as George Shaw, 55, of Sequim, Wash., and Timothy Leake, 44, of Tillamook.

The captain, Darrin Mobley, 43, of Bay City, swam to the rocks and was picked up by rescuers.  He was taken to the hospital and later released.

The Coast Guard initially said he was the only one of the three men with a life jacket but later said none of the three on board were wearing one.

The bar at Tillamook Bay has claimed at least 15 lives since early 2007.
