Clark County Public Works has stockpiled sand and empty bags at 11608 NE 149th Street and 4700 NE 78th Street for public use. These are self-serve locations. Users should bring their own shovels.
In Yamhill County, sandbags are available at the federal prison in Sheridan or at Public Works in Willamina.
