  • St. Helens - Sandbags for St. Helens and surrounding areas are located at the City of St. Helens city shops at 984 Oregon Street and are free to the public.
  • Clark County Public Works has stockpiled sand and empty bags at 11608 NE 149th Street and 4700 NE 78th Street for public use. These are self-serve locations. Users should bring their own shovels.
  • In Yamhill County, sandbags are available at the federal prison in Sheridan or at Public Works in Willamina.
