HAPPY VALLEY, Ore. - The Clackamas County District Attorney's Office has filed a motion to dismiss charges against a suspect in a Happy Valley home invasion.

Maksim Yevsayev, 22, was released from jail on Thursday. He had been arrested last week on charges that he and another man held a woman at knifepoint and robbed her home.

The District Attorney's Office did not say why they filed the motion, but a Clackamas County Sheriff's Office spokesman said there was a lack of corroborating evidence against Yevsayev.
