UPDATE: Inmate who ran while cuffed back in custody

McMINNVILLE, Ore. -  An inmate who escaped from the Yamhill County courthouse in McMinnville is back in custody.

Friday morning, Sheriff Crabtree of the Yamhill County Sheriff's office said Andrew Webb was back in custody and stated, "I appreciate all individuals and agencies that assisted in the detention of this inmate."

Details of the capture were not immediately released.

Webb took off Wednesday afternoon while being transported back to jail. He had just been sentenced to 15 months in prison. He may have faked an injury in order to give himself an opportunity to flee.

Webb is 6 foot 1 inch tall, about 185 pounds, with blue eyes and short brown hair. He has tattoos across his chest and back. He also has a shaved head.

Webb was last seen in dark blue inmate clothing and may have on handcuffs and bellychains.
