PORTLAND, Ore. - Halloween revelers throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington will be getting one more hour to spend on holiday fun.

Clocks will go back to standard time at 2 a.m. Sunday, rolling back an hour. Though that translates to good news for those looking for an extra hour of sleep, it could be bad news for workers on the overnight shift.

Meanwhile, for the first time since 1998, Halloween falls on a Saturday. As kids trick or treat, bars and homes are expected to be crowded for parties and Interstate 5 is expected to be packed with cars traveling to two college football match ups pitting Oregon against California teams.

The University of Oregon Ducks will take on University of Southern California's Trojans in Eugene. The Oregon State Beavers host UCLA in Corvallis for OSU's Homecoming Game. Both games could make for some scary Halloween commutes.
