Free Parking Downtown Promotion

This Saturday, Nov. 21, Portland is running a special promotion to get shoppers downtown. You’ll get to park free for the entire day at any Smart Park garage. You just have to get there between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Plus the first 150 shoppers who spend at least $50 at any combination of downtown retailers will get a $50 American Express gift card.

To participate, shoppers just need to bring their receipts that show their purchases to one of the new temporary holiday PDX Pop-Up shops. They are located at: 401 S.W. Morrison St. or 719 S.W. Morrison St. between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Nov. 21.
