Deputies from the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office arrested a man Nov. 16 on a charge after he allegedly invited a woman into his business and then sexually abused her.

According to the police report, an 18-year-old woman called her mother crying hysterically while parked alongside a roadway in Clackamas. Her daughter told her mother she had been invited by the proprietor of a nearby gym to visit his facility on Jannsen Road in Clackamas -- where she reports being sexually abused by this man.

A Clackamas County Sheriff's Patrol Deputy was dispatched to this reported incident and located the 18-year-old female situated in her automobile at an intersection in the Clackamas area.

The woman told the deputy she met a customer where she works about two weeks prior. She described how this man invited her for a free session at the gym he owned in Clackamas.

The place of business was eventually identified as Real Fitness in Clackamas. The proprietor of business and suspect in this reported incident, was identified as Milwaukie resident Bryce Darrel Jackson, 38.

The woman informed the deputy she arrived for the free session at Real Fitness, where Jackson invited her inside the facility -- locking the door behind her. They were the only two in the facility, while Jackson directed her to do some exercises and photographed her in front of a chart.

This activity reportedly leads to when Jackson began massaging the woman as she was performing stretching exercises. This ultimately advanced to the reported sexual abuse incident. Ultimately, the woman soon departed the premises –- without further incident -- then calling her mother hysterically from the roadside a short distance from the Jannsen Road location.

At approximately 4:45 p.m. investigating Clackamas County Sheriff's went to Real Fitness and interviewed Bryce Jackson and arrested him and transported him to the Clackamas County Jail and lodged with the related charge of second-degree sex abuse.

On Nov. 17, Jackson posted bond and was released from custody. Jackson is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing at 3 p.m. on Nov. 24 at Clackamas County Circuit Court in Oregon City.
