NEAR SEASIDE, Ore. - ODOT has reopened Highway 101 to all vehicles from mile post 21 to 25 south of Seaside. ODOT says there's still high water on the roadway and to drive with caution.

Heavy rain and swollen streams forced a partial closure of Highway 101 south of Seaside earlier in the day and only high-profile vehicles, such as trucks, were being allowed through.
