Police arrest man featured in Fugitive Alert story
PORTLAND, Ore. - A man wanted in a KATU Fugitive Alert has been arrested by police.
Darren Brown, 20, is being held on I.D. theft charges.
Police said the admitted meth user steals from people to buy drugs.
Surveillance video captured Brown and another woman, identified as Sadie Kenios, at a Rite-Aid store in northeast Portland.
Someone reportedly saw the KATU story and called police.
Brown was arrested early Saturday morning at a motel.
Police are still looking for Kenios.
