A second flasher reported in North Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. -- A man flashed a 15-year-old girl in North Portland's St. Johns neighborhood on Friday afternoon.

He's not believed to be the serial flasher frequenting Northeast Portland, Portland police said.

Police said the girl told them she was walking home and a man in a gray or silver two-door car pulled up and called out to her, asking for directions.

As she walked toward the car, she saw that he had his pants down.

She ran away and called 911 and the suspect drove off, police said.

Responding officers sweeped the area but could not find a car matching the vehicle description.

The man is described as white, in his 30s and with blonde hair.

Anyone who sees this suspect should call 911.
