ALOHA, Ore. -- Washington County sheriff's deputies arrested an Aloha woman who they said hit several cars with her SUV and drove off when they tried to pull her over.

Deputies received a report of a hit-and-run crash on SW Alexander Street just before 4 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. A deputy recognized an SUV matching the vehicle's description on SW Johnson Street. It was missing a tire.

When the deputy tried to pull the SUV over, the driver sped up. The SUV led deputies on a short pursuit until it pulled over on a dead end street in front of a home. Deputies arrested 53-year old Shawn Davenport (right) and booked her into the Washington County Jail on charges of DUII, failure to perform the duties of a driver, and eluding an officer.
