Boy from BC found safe in Montana, Amber Alert canceled

An Amber Alert was issued for a three-year-old boy from British Columbia who was taken by his father on Thursday, but the boy was found safe Friday in Montana.
Police were looking for 3-year-old Alvin Barnett.
Investigators say Alvin's biological father, Robert Barnett (photo below), took Alvin during a supervised visit in British Columbia Thursday and crossed into the United States in Montana Thursday at about 3:15 p.m.
Thursday was also Alvin’s 3rd birthday.
Amber Alert information was also posted on Washington reader boards along roadways.
All this cause a father was probably wanting to take his Kid to see some recitatives, probably totally innocent, So its not jsut the US but people as a whole who want to muck and interfere. no wonder the world is the way it is.
 @lee986321 Taking a child across a border without permission is not ever "totally innocent", but even if it was, not taking the child back home on time changed all that.
I am guessing it isn't the kid who is 5'5"

Don't worry about @felines99Â . She is an idiot and didn't know that the article was changed since it was posted with the misleading information that you read. Once she read it, it had been changed to correct the misleading information.
Â
Her modus operandi is to try and make everyone else look like an idiot so that she doesn't appear to be so stupid.
Â
You are correct. I read it before the change and thought the same thing so you are not deficient in your reading skills....8-}

Â
Yeah because nothing says "I am one of the smartest people in the US" like paying a fee to be a member of an organization that just lets you say youâre a member of that organization.
Â
What is it now like $100 a year?
Â
I was a member once, then I realized how stupid it was to brag about how smart I was because I paid a due (fee).
 @Repoman  @felines99  @RalphCramden  @Luckylucy I don't believe you were ever a member.Â
 @Repoman  @felines99  @LuckylucyÂ
Felines is so full of herself. She tries to get us to think she is smart and says she is a member of MENSA and then we look at her comments and wonder about MENSA and their entrance criteria.
Â
Some folks are legends in their own mind.
Â
Oh well. That's life.
 . Yes, me and my MENSA pals are known for our stupidity. But since Ralphie is airing dirty laundry, you should know that he actually to this day blames his father for his heroin addiction. His hatred is not aimed only at me.
 @SilverGuardian Still waiting, SG.
 @SilverGuardian  @felines99 Try reading RC's above post about me and then tell me who was uncivil first, RC or myself!!! I await your reply.
 @felines99 Just gotta put this out there, felines ... I have been offered MENSA membership several times in my lifetime, and all it took to say "no" was to meet a few members.  Apparently putting other people down is a requirement of MENSA.  Certainly, the members I've met aren't aware that it's possible to tell someone that they are in error (or in this case correct) without suggesting they're utter idiots.  I've often wondered if MENSA trains its members to feel so insecure about their intelligence that they can only feel special if they're faulting someone. Â
Â
So yes. Â IMO ... you and your MENSA pals are often known for your total inability to be civil. Â Certainly it appears that saying "oops" would kill you.
 @Luckylucy You don't need to guess. "Alvin Barnett . . . is 3 feet 2 inches tall." And "ROBERT is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall . . . ." How could you miss this info in such a brief article? Did you even read it???
The border patrol just waived them through? Glad they weren't stopped when they could have been. Did the mother decide to go take a nap after the kid was stolen and then report him missing? A few details missing from this story.
 @JamieÂ
Â
I agree. This visit was supervised. Then how did the kid get to and then THROUGH the US boarder before being stopped?
Â
That makes me concerned on all kinds of levels.
