BEAVERTON, Ore. -- Beaverton police want to know if you've seen a missing woman who is in danger.

Sandra Stahl rented a car on Wednesday and told the agency she was heading to San Diego to visit her grandchildren. She does not have grandchildren in the city. A few hours later, her son found a suicide note in her home. Two years ago, she left town in a similar fashion and was found at the Canadian border.

She rented a silver 2013 Nissan Maxima. It has a California license plate with the number 6WJM894. Stahl is 84 years old, 5-foot-5, and 190 pounds with gray hair and hazel eyes. She suffers from health and depression issues. Stahl recently had shoulder surgery and it may be bandaged.

If you see her or know where she might be, call Beaverton police at (503) 629-1111.
