PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - A Multnomah County sheriff's spokesman says a body found in a north Portland, Ore., harbor has been identified as a Clark County, Wash., work release escapee.
Sheriff's Lt. Mark Matsushima said Monday in a statement that the body recovered Sunday was that of 27-year-old Drake Edward Johnson.
The Clark County sheriff's office says Johnson escaped from work release last Wednesday.
His cause of death remains under investigation.
