Canzano's Kids: Devyn's story of adoption

Canzano's Kids: Devyn's story of adoption

Today, KATU begins a monthly series inspired by On Your Side Investigator Anna Canzano.

At any given time there are 250 kids in our region whose moms and dads have lost all parental rights. These kids are bouncing from one foster family to another. They're just waiting for someone to adopt them.

Devyn was adopted by a loving family, but the children Canzano will feature on the first Monday of every month haven't yet found families to adopt them.

Canzano is working with the local organization "Boys and Girls Aid." It was established here in Oregon in 1885.
