Christmas Ship Parade sets sail this weekend

PORTLAND, Ore. - One of Portland's long-standing Christmas traditions will kick off its 58th annual run this weekend.
Every December, a fleet of boats decorated in Christmas lights make their way up and down the Columbia and Willamette Rivers.
This year, the Christmas Ship Parade will begin its tours on Friday, Dec. 7 (running nightly through Dec. 21). There was already a special pre-opening performance last week in the Camas/Washougal area.
Follow these links for the schedule (keep in mind that weather and/or water conditions might force the cancellation of a boat tour):
I really should take my kids down to see the fleet this year... they would love it. :)

I love the Christmas boats! Â It really sinks in that Christmas is here when I see them!
Not sure if using the words "boats" and "sinks" in the same post are a good idea....lol.
