RHODODENDRON, Ore. – A driver who lost control of his car crashed into a truck pulling travel trailer on Highway 26 near Rhododendron Friday night, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office said.

No one was hurt.

George Sekavec, 26, of Hutchinson, Kan., was driving westbound on the highway when he lost control of the car and crashed into the truck headed eastbound, according to Sgt. Robert Wurpes. The trailer was heavily damaged in the crash.

After the crash, another driver headed westbound lost control in the same spot as Sekavec and struck the trailer.

It’s unclear what caused the drivers to lose control of their vehicles.

Deputies said there was no evidence that anyone was driving impaired. No citations were issued, Wurpes said.
