BEAVERTON, Ore. (AP) - The Washington County sheriff's office says a clerk was tied up but unharmed by a robber Monday morning at a Beaverton motel.

The sheriff's office says a man wearing a black ski mask, gloves and a grey hoodie entered the lobby of the Shiloh Inn shortly after 4 a.m. and pointed a gun at the clerk.

The robber got away with some cash. The Shiloh Inn said they had no security video of the incident.

The sheriff's office said the clerk was working alone at the time of the robbery.

Deputies with search dogs checked the area but investigators said they think the suspect got into a vehicle and left the area.
