Deputies search for suspect who escaped from Jackson County Jail
NEAR MEDFORD, Ore. - A robbery suspect has escaped from jail and the Jackson County Sheriff's Office is asking the public to be on the lookout for the man, who they said is a threat to the community.
In a press release, the sheriff's office said Bradley William Monical, 42, escaped Monday from a recreation yard at the Jackson County Jail. He was in custody to face charges related to a robbery in 2011.
Deputies looked for Monical using search dogs without success and said the FBI is also now involved in the search.
Monical is described as 5 foot 7 inches tall, 170 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. A booking photo shows that he is mostly bald.
Deputies said anyone spotting Monical should call 9-1-1 immediately.

It says he has brown hair but "a booking photo shows that he is mostly bald" ....unless he is hiding a mullet in the back, that looks pretty much all bald to me.

@portlandborn83 Lots of variables here. They do not have to incarcerate executed people. Who immigrates to China to commit crimes like they do in the US? Dealing drugs in China is a capital offense. Significant deterrent and takes care of recidivism issue. The severe sentences seem to be working and weeding out a genetic pool of stupid people. Did you know China has more honor roll students than we have students? We are such enablers that we suffer the presence of stupid people everywhere, in every walk of life.
 @portlandborn83 That's because they actually discipline those who commit crimes. Therefore the rate at which individuals commit crimes is drastically lower.Â
@portlandborn83    Well, this would not be a problem if we would quit the "revolving door" system. If criminals actually had to spend their entire sentence behind bars, without the luxuries they are provided, they just might think twice before comitting crimes.

This guy might have gotten a year. Now with the escape he will get 5 more. Following the max fro his crime, upwards of 4.

So instead of serving 9-13 months, he will server 36-60.
