Wilsonville robbery suspects turn themselves in

WILSONVILLE, Ore. – The men suspected of robbing two people in Wilsonville early Monday morning turned themselves in on Thursday, the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office said.

Andrew Gossett, 20, and Travis Wyatt, 19, face charges of Robbery in the 1st Degree, Assault in the 2nd Degree, and Kidnapping in the 1st Degree. They turned themselves in to the Clackamas County Jail.

Clackamas County sheriff’s deputies say the two separate robberies occurred in the 26000 block of Canyon Creek Road around 7 a.m.

According to Lt. Robert Wurpes, the suspects robbed a man of an undisclosed amount of cash and other items and ran away on foot. Wilsonville police received a report of a second robbery in the same area at about the same time. Another man was assaulted and robbed, Wurpes said.
