The crash occurred on Southeast Holgate Boulevard last year. At that time, the suspect vehicle was described as a white Ford van, which was recovered by investigators the day after the crash. Investigators were able to identify the suspect in the hit-and-run as Nogueda-Barrera.

Nogueda-Barrera is described as a Hispanic male, 5'11" tall and 200 pounds and investigators believe he has fled to either California or Mexico.
