FBI agent's husband suspected of burning her car

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - The husband of an FBI agent is accused of setting the agent's government-owned car on fire with her guns and property inside.
   
Portland Fire & Rescue investigators believe 44-year-old David Powers set fire to his wife's 2009 Dodge Charger. The couple is in the process of separating.
   
According to a criminal complaint filed in federal court on Monday, Powers is married to an FBI agent identified as "J.A."
   
She was out of the house on July 21 when her car burned inside her garage with her FBI-issued handgun, rifle and a personal gun inside.
   
Powers was found in the couple's home on with burns to his arms, hands and face.
   
A neighbor reported smelling gasoline from inside the garage before the fire, and saw Powers walking out of the garage.
